Any suggestions on how to get this point across is welcome.

Beware of so-called TREE EXPERTS who do not understand TREE BIOLOGY!
www.treedictionary.com
Storms, fires, floods, earthquakes, and volcanic eruptions keep reminding us
that we are not the boss.
Some people will buy products they do not understand and not buy books that
will give them understanding.

Maybe if you stopped placing messages where they didn't belong, and
stopped the appearance of SPAMMING you might be able to convey
something of value.
For example this is a BAMBOO news group, grassesnot trees!

And where do they get their food from?
Surley not from a bag of so called lawn food.
Plants cannot absorb a nutient. However they can absorb essential elements
desolved in water. Is this not true for bamboo?

What you have done is mistakenly introduced a "new and improved"
definition of nutrient and then ranted about the misuse of the word
when people stick with the old definition.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nutrient

I would much rather discuss bamboo on this news group than read rants
about the definiton of nutrient or about what an evil person Matt
Parker is.
