Default updated USDA zone map

Here's an updated USDA zone map that takes into account the climatic
changes we've been having the last few years:

There's a high res map you can download, and a map that shows the
differences between 1990 and 2004.

My climate in Mount AIry hasn't changed, it's still 6/7, so I won't be
planting any palm trees, but some of you may be able to...
