Default [IBC] Suckers as cuttings

I know during normal growth you want to remove any suckers from your plants. But if you have a yard tree that produces new suckers continuously, can those same suckers be used as cuttings for propogation purposes?

YES, they sure can, but ONLY IF the plants are not grafted, otherwise you
are simply propagating the understock, which could have totally different
characteristics. It could even be a different species.

Sure, if you want a bonsai that produces suckers continuously.
