Default [IBC] Drill Direction For Thread Graft

Just curious if you're supposed to drill in the direction of the thread
graft, or the opposite.

When drilling in the same direction, I seem to recall the end hole flaking
off some of the bark, apparently widening the eventual graft area,
lengthening the time for the graft. Is that so?

Thanks,

JIm
