[IBC] Fertilizing sedlings

I have a question about a problem that is complicating me...I have 3
small seedlings of a juniper, they have already 2 rows of needles, can
anyone tell me when to star fertilizing them? Do they need fertilizer
(assuming I have planted them on plain akadama)? What kind would be the
best??
