Default [IBC] About Masters Techniques for Japanese White and Black Pine

Friends:

I hope that this brief note does not offend any of you. . .if so, please
delete it.

Rather than continuing to apologize to many of you (and your clubs) on an
individual basis about the extended publication effort, I am publicly letting you
know that the pine book is expected to be in print by December, 2003.
