[IBC] Stands in Bonsai Europe

I just finished reading (and gawking) through an issues of Bonsai Europe (1/2003). Aside from the fantastic gallery of shohin bonsai in this issue, I also admired the wonderful stands used to display them. Does anyone in the US carry stands like these?
I see the "one" tree stands and the multiple round stands sold locally and through mail order just about everywhere. I have not however seen anything like these stands for sale in the US. Are they strictly a european style? Very clean lines.

Len

I have seen some nice ones at New England Bonsai, not far from you. I'd
certainly ask them, if you don't find what you want there.

Of course, there are plenty of mail sources.

Of course, you could make your own. Not at all hard to do. I've made some for
myself with very simple lines and they work well.

Thanks Bart

Yes I visit NEBG often and own a few of the ones they have, but the stands in this particular issue are much different than any I have seen either locally or mail order in the US. You have to see them in the Bonsai Europe (1/2003) issue to really see what
I mean. Anyone out there have the issue?

Hi George

Their website is:

http://www.bonsaieurope.com/

Unfortunately the site does not seem to be secure as far as credit card info
goes :( Just a warning, especially since they ask for the CVC number on the
back of the card. You don't want anyone knowing that! You can get the
mail address though and send in the form.

Where can I get this magazine? I have never seen it. I would like to see one or
two copies before I decide to subscribe.
