[IBC] companion planting HALLOWEEN ISSUE
Nina says:
Which Durer etching? I can practically hear Lynn ask it. I misremembered; it's a water color: Lynn is thinking: The memory doesn't hold all of Durer, but I will look it up for sure. Probably some form of lily. Anyway, I have another explosion in memory right at the moment -! I have just read through my accumulated email for this All Hallows day eve and now there are active visuals smothering all other thoughts. My friends of these past 7 plus years are visible as I read, and it is an accumulation I have never imagined - from a lovely Nina tree, through the lot including a Peter who I imagined a Prince who would go to a rescue if needed, Alan ? -whom I have seen but not as any Great Pumpkin, Jim ? - never in a tee, but a white shirt, black tie, then Shelly, Oh No, not Shelly as a Green Frog which couldn't be a Californian, why that is not far from Sandy who in her wanton garb would screech at a frog. And on this goes until my screen has become an Impressionistic mixed with Dali sort of abstraction. Curiouser each moment. It may be these and the others will come to mind each time now that I read the name on the list. It is nice to have a visual while reading a message. I think. My own costume all day has been my jeans and sweater while I plow through a couple of huge pumpkins' skin to give them a face. Done and waiting for their candles, I complained that there will not be a full moon tonight. Just in time my complaint is heard through the strange Halloween atmosphere and an email arrives with - aghast! - a quickly done painting of a "full mooning" - (and I do think the model was a Ruben's) Time to open the candy and costume my little dog. Lynn (mooned for the first time ever - who did I complain to - hm) ************************************************** ****************************** ++++Sponsored, in part, by Lisa Kanis++++ ************************************************** ****************************** -- The IBC HOME PAGE & FAQ: http://www.internetbonsaiclub.org/ -- +++++ Questions?
