Default How and went to I transplant my sprouted Bonsai seeds?

I got some Dwarf Pomegranate seeds from eBay. I put them in a plastic
bag with a moist paper towell, and one of the seeds has sprouted.
When do I transfer it to soil(it's about 1/2 " long right now), and
what kind of soil do I need? I currently have a bag of miracle grow
potting soil I was planning to put it in.

-Thanks
