Default [IBC] a little snow at last!

We had about an inch of snow last night, which isn't a huge amount but
will help insulate my trees with the upcoming cold tomorrow. Thursday
night is supposed to be around -7F. I'm going to spend some time
shoveling up snow and dumping in on my trees today to increase the
depth.
