I'm not sure about the other addresses but bonsai frank is Frank Xu, and
is known to Craig Coussins. I'm currently considering putting together
an order for stands from him (Frank) but don't know yet how expensive
shipping will work out. I'll keep all informed of progress/satisfaction.
