According to the folks at Joshua Roth, commercial rapeseed cake is no longer
allowed to be imported into the US. Has anyone read anything about this?

I am not surprised. Too much danger of scary insects or diseases. With the
array of organic & inorganic fertilizers available in this country, I wouldn't
worry.
