Default And the name is.....PS

The second picture could be the new Zelkova schneideriana rather than Chinese
elm. You would have to have an expert look at it close up. Meanwhile, grow it
like a Chinese elm.

The first one looks to me like myrtus communis, the common myrtle.

Not at all. It's a Ficus. Myrtle has small, close-set OPPOSITE leaves.
