Default National Bonsai Museum ?

Planning a trip to D.C. in April, but I'm confused as to if the
National Bonsai Museum is an actual place or a part of the National
Arboretum still under construction? There's an exhibit April 5th(?) on
the mall, but I'm not going till later in the month (though I am
planning on staying at the Two Trees Inn ha-ha). But seriously, any
help would be appreciated, thanks.
