I am looking for information on where possibly to obtain a certain
kind of Japanese terrarium sculpture. These were small models of
animals, Japanese architecture and people that I think were made out
of lead. We had a bunch of them in the early 70's that my Father
brought bakc from Japan. Any leads would be much appreciated. I hope
you can access a picture on this url:

Thanks!

As odd as it sounds, you might want to check sites or shops that carrry
wargaming miniatures. While these are mostly samurai and monsters, there
are also more "peaceful" figures. Legend of the Five Rings is a game that
has a strong fantasy-Japan background. Several other gaming miniature
companies have lines of asian figures. These may be too small for your
purposes, since many of these are probably only 1 1/4 inch tall. These are
normally unpainted, but that didn't sound like it was a problem.
