[IBC] Change to Bonsai Chat
 

Due to the lack of participation during the busy summer season,
we are temporarily deleting the Thursday bonsai chat (8 PM EST or
0100 Friday GMT). However, the chat room is always open if any
two wish to use it.

We are still chatting on Monday at the time above.
