Our IBC list payment for this period has been paid. It leaves us with
money toward the next payment - due to our conscientious subscribers.

Since taking over the treasurer duty I have received only one

The list is running around 477 members - contributions are not
required from everyone, but we do need some regulars to be safe. An
average is about $25 from those, but do what you can when you can.
