Default [IBC] OT measurement tool

For those who wrestle with converting measurement units from one
thing to another, here is an _excellent_ web tool:

http://www.convert-me.com/en/

I've been converting KM/hour and Knots to MPH (wind speeds) ;-)

But I've used it for all kinds of measurements. Since various
volume units totally boggle me, I'm a frequent visitor for the
tsp-to-ml kinds of conversions.
