Small brown spots on my jade tree leaves.

Hi All ...

I have had this beautiful jade bonsai tree for about 2 years. I notice alot
of small light brown/tan dots on the leaves lately. I thought that maybe I'm
not fertilizing enough or not using a strong enough fertilizer, but then
I've read that I shouldn't be fertilizing at all in the winter. I dunno. Any
thoughts or opinions?
