Default nova scotia wild edibles

Hi
I'm looking for a source on Nova Scotia wild edibles. I've been
searching the net and all I find are books for sale. Granted a field guide
would be nice and I have checked Chapters. They have a Peterson's field
guide for eastern north america 1977 edition. And only about half the plants
in the book are in colour. Can anyone recommend a field guide they find
useful?

Anyone know of a website with colour picture and maybe some info like which
parts of the plant is edible. This way I can make my own field guide.

Thanks very much all.
