Default Black Spot?

I was late sowing my strawberry seeds this year so we bought a plant from a local shop. It was fine when we first got it but the leaves soon started to turn black. I'm not sure if its blackspot or rust or something else so I've taken some pictures. I think the plant has been getting too much water, so I'm going to repot and make the drainage better. If anyone can identify the problem and how/if I can make it better I'd be very grateful!

Also is it possible to buy a fungicide for fruit and veg because every bottle I've read have said ornamental plants only?

Thanks

Krato
