Default Ripe Tomatoes, the Answer, Just for Fun

It was 7 days before they were bright red and delicious. The Roma's
turned first.

You can ripe tomato by wrapping each tomato in newspaper or tissue paper. Then set tomatoes in a cardboard box in a single layer.Place this box in dark,cool room at temperature of range 50-70 degree. The warmer the temperature, the faster the fruit will ripen.
