Default Jerusalem fig

I have a 6ft Brown Turkey fig tree in my garden, which fruits. I decided to buy a Jerusalem fig from The Netherlands.

The young plant has leaves which have curled under and gone hard in places. I removed the moss, repotted the potbound plant after soaking it and sprayed the leaves.

Are the leaves likely to drop ? Will it die ? Should I feed it in a few days - if so, with what ?

Thank you.
