Default Rhubarb ready?

The leaves are huge and the stalks are nice and long. Is it ok to harvest it now?

if no frosts or freezes have happened
in a while (a week or two) it should be ok.

always trim the leaves off immediately
when harvesting.

leave some leaves on the plant so it
has enough energy to continue growing.
