i'm not sure what a "grow bag" is, but perhaps
there isn't enough room in there for both plants?

unfortunately, at this stage of growth it would
be wrong to divide the plants or to even to dig
around and look at the roots but you won't really
know what is going on with the soil and these two
plants root systems until after they are done.

i'd just keep removing any wilted leaves and keep
a close eye on the good plant (being careful not to
touch the good plant after touching the bad plant).
if it looks like it is a disease that is spreading
then i'd trim the entire bad plant back and let the
good plant keep going.

unfortunately i'm not a grow-bag, greenhouse or
cucumber expert so i can't be more certain. i only
have wilt problems with squash/cucumbers when it is
too wet and cold, once the sun comes out and the
rain doesn't wet the leaves as often they do much
better. when you water these plants be sure to
water carefully and not get the leaves wet.

that's about all that comes to mind... good luck,
