Default postules on grape leaves and maybe virus?

hallo,

my three-year old vines are producing first fruit this year. am delighted, dont want to lose them. have noticed postules on vine leaves of one plant and discolouration on leaves of an other - see pictures. soil is good for top 6 inches then pure sand underneath - ground water about 2 metres down.

am in Hungary on southern shores of lake balaton, having unusually very hot summer (35+) for three weeks now with no rain for the past two months. wondering if this has had an adverse effect on the vines.

does anyone know what these signs are and what to do about them?

thanks

karaman
