Default Refridgerated avocados: Harder to separate flesh from peel

This refridgeration of avocados after ripening works way better than the other way around. No more rotten avocados. And keeping them in the fruit drawer without a plastic bag seems good too.

I'm finding that for avocado treated this way, it's harder to separate the flesh from the peel. The flesh seems goopier. Wondering if it's a Universal Truth.
