Wink watermelon seeds

Hi gardeners! Yesterday I found a very interesting topic on the Internet that watermelon seeds are really healthy. The only think that you need to do is to roast them. It is believed that they have got a lot of iron so we shouldn't throw them away. Do you eat them or not? I am not convinced about this idea, but maybe you will persuade me

After reading the benefits, I do not want to appear racist, but that
might be why black men like them. Lot cheaper than Viagra and it was
there first.
