Black elder juice? It's used for lots of stuff in Germany, among other
places. If you don't have that, black currant juice works just as well.

when you make your jam. And remove all green parts - no bathroom runs.

I use it for flu and colds. Illness will generally break after three
days!

I use the flowers in my cold-go-away tea (elderberry, yarrow, calendula).
