Pine nuts

Hello!
Does anyone know how to remove the husk (or whatever it's called) from pine
nuts (P. edulis)? I have them out of the cone, but there's still a tight, hard
cover on each one.
Thanks!

I'd like to know too. The hammer just turned it all to mush. :-)
