Plant Problem

I have a couple of sword plants which are starting to show some problems.

The first, an E. Osiris, is having problems with its leaves. About half of
the leaves (older leaves, but only 2 weeks old because I have to prune often
because of overcrowding) are starting to lose the outer area of tissue in
the middle of leaves. Air is starting to bubble under the tissue making it
look like someone tried to solder aluminum on them :) This part of the
leaves is starting to turn transparent.

The second, E. barthii, is having leaves which are growing in with holes in
the middle of the leaves (one hole on each new leaf).

Anyone have any ideas on what kind of nutrient deficiency this could be? I
measure Iron (currently .3-.4 ppm, a little high?), Nitrate (5-10 ppm),
Phospate (around .1 ppm), pH (6.8), KH (7 dH), and CO2 (which is aroun 25-30
ppm).

Thank you,
