Default Is there cheap 18,000K lights available?

I have used PowerGlo lights for some time now. I'm impressed with the
high-intensity 18,000K lighting...more a personal preference I know...I just
like the bright bluish color and the vibrance it brings out in the fish and
plants. However, I'm wondering if there are cheap alternatives that also are
full spectrum and 18,000K?

I've looked into the GE Sunlight Chroma 50s but they are 5000K I believe,
and the light is really green. I know I don't need the high intensity kelvin
for plants but I love the color.

Any help would be appreciated! THANX!!!
