No books. There is a new invention and you can find everything from
naked girls to well.... aquarium info. its called the internet ;) and
its free for the most part. just use a search engine and type in
aquarium/fishtank websites. You'll be bombarded

When it comes to plant growth in your aquarium, it is important to try and use the lighting system, the red and blue light spectrum. Red light is mainly used for flowering and strong stems, which are mainly used in blue light on leaf growth.

Ecology of the planted aquarium is a great read to understand water chemistry and how it affects plants,

If you just want something to identify plants and know what they need then the tropica catalogue is always good.

If your wanting aquascaping ideas have a look at takishi amanos book, they are stunning.
