TMG and Nitrate dosage

TMG I'd add 15-20mls 3x a week.
KNO3 I'd add 3/4 teaspoon 3x a week
KH2PO4 I'd add 1/8th teaspoon 2x a week
K2SO4 I'd add 1 teaspoon once a week.
I'd do 50% weekly water changes.

I am facing little hard time in measuring the above quantities.
Another thing is I have a 55 Gal so I have to calculate 50% of the
above quantities.

Basically how do you doss KNO3? Do you mix KNO3 in distilled water and
doss 3/4 teaspoon or take 3/4 teaspoon of powdered KNO3 and mix it in
enough quantities of water and pore the solution into the tank?
