cotton candy mold
 

I had to throw out half of my moneywort plant. It developed a stringy
cotton floss-like junk around it. What is this muck? I purchased some
plant food that the kid at the LFS said was good. Also turned up the
volume on the bubbles. What else should / could I have done?
