CO2 recipes

Can you guys share your co2 recipes? I'm setting up my first 55 gal this
weekend and want to set up a diy system.

I only use one or maybe one and a quarter cups of sugar. I have two bottles
hooked up to my canister filter and I change one every other week and I find
that one cup of sugar is just enough to run a bottle for two weeks.

Recipe is pretty basic, and doesn't really deviate much from that.

2 cups sugar.
1/4 tsp bakers yeast.
pinch baking soda.
water (warm, not hot)

"...and I change one every other week..."

Correction:

I change one every week. Therefore, each bottle is changed every other
week. There, that's clear as mud. Always happy to participate.

My mix ripped off previous posts from others
1 cup sugar
~6.5 cups water 40C (~104F?) 2litres
1/4 teaspoon of baking soda (PH to 7.4)
2 drops water conditioner(Chlorine/chloramine remover)
1/3 teaspoon lalvin EC1118 yeast(champagne/wine yeast yeah baby)
1 bubble/3-4 secs after 4 hours
lasts 5 weeks before slowing down.

Does anyone know what the alcohol concentrations would be using just 1 cup
of sugar. Would adding more initially produce a longer lasting mix or just
increase bubble rate?
