Calcium deficiency: Symptoms?

What is the evidence of of calcium deficiency in your plants?
Damaged leaves with needle-sized holes on them? Crumpled
leaves? Rectangular holes in Vals?

If yes, how do you add calcium if your liquid fertilizer is lacking that?

Thanks for any info...
