Ok I have had enough green water. Today I am totally blacking out my tank
for a couple of days and my question is this. Do I continue with co2
injection and running my filter while my tank is blacked out ?

If possible borrow or buy a UV Filter to put inline with your water
return. Run this for a few days to a week and see if the suspended algae
doesn't go away. The Polishing filter will work but can't rid you of all
of it for the long term

Thanks for your reply. I purchased a UV Sterilizer this week it has been on
the tank for two days and the water is clearing up considerably.
