How to plant Anubias?

I've read someone, that said you should NOT bury rhyzomes of an Anubia... I
did, I have, and never had a problem.... am I wrong?

True or False
DO NOT BURY ANUBIA ROOTS?

How to plant Anubias?

Roots are OK, not the rhizome. The horizontal stalky thing the leaves
come out from.
