Default Chloramine: any effect on plants?

Is there any effect of Chloramine (sp?) to plants in your tank if you do not
add de-chlorinator?

At the levels present in water, I wouldn't have thought so. To make a
difference, it would have to be approaching toxic (for people) levels.
