Anyone using the Cascade Canister Filters?

I just got a 700(rated for 65g), plan on using it for my 55g along with a
penguin/marineland/whisperlike 330 biowheel 30-60 filter. So I'll be
somewhat over filtered....

I am curious to know if you used the directional spout or spraybar?
Current too much with either one?
How do you like the Cascade filter?

Well I have seen such as system on a marine tank that was converted to a
planted one....
If the tank is considered to be a planted tank - well my friend you might be
really over filtering.
But from what I have seen Cascade filter can be just fine - especially if
you can place a few java ferns just below it - they'll love it!
