Default Macro nutrient/Fertilizer question

For those of you lazy souls (you know who you are) who can't be bothered
mixing their own, what are you using to dose macro nutrients? I have a
densely planted 36 gal. 2 watt/gal. tank (DIY CO2) in which I dose 1.5 mil
of Flouish twice a week. I seem to have had the best results with Red Sea
Flora Vit but can't find it locally. Any ideas?
