Trimming Amazon Swords
Hello,
I need some expert advice on the best way to trim amazon swords. Mine are groing like crazy, they are so big they grow along the water surface for several inches blocking out the light to plants underneith. I have been simply cutting them straight across with sizors. Does not look that good, is there any other method ? Carmine |

Sometime I have to increase the trimming frequency when they grow faster than usual. When I've neglected to prune at the nessesary times I've had some grow to 28" in a 90 gal. highboy. I hope this helps, If you need further help please email me direct cause I dont always have time to check this forum Regards ART |
