Don't be mad that I didn't get a better shot! I was standing on tiptoes in
a muddy flowerbed, holding may camera a foot and a half above my head.
Completely impossible to focus so I just guessed and hoped for the best.
Interesting to me how still they were. They must be programmed not to move
or make noise when somebody or some thing bothers their nest.

Good guessing Pat.
I was going to ask if you had taken anymore pics. Your guys are almost
teenagers already.
Do you know how many days it has been since you took the photo of the
eggs?
They take about 24 days from hatching to fledging, at least my ones
did. This is amazing!
I have one of those wide step paint ladders, have a few pics over on the
birds group.
