Has anyone here noticed or been affected? Sounds not too good.

Lots have been affected, it seems as though mainly migratory
beekeepers. Our bees didn't make it through the winter (twi hives)
but that was because of the weather. Too warm then waaaay too cold!
We've got seven hives going for this spring.

As for CCD, the jury is still out (cell phones, pesticides, nosema,
miticides). Hopefully our little fuzzy girls will make it through
this crisis!

In all my many years of beekeeping there were always scare stories and
doom-mongers. I don't know about this latest one, it might be true and
serious or it might not be.

But I sometimes think that there are more expert beekeepers than there are
beekeepers :-)

Here's a vote for that. I hope they pull through too.
