really sure what it is, a Dragon Fly?

Jane - Looks like a Black-tailed Skimmer Dragonfly to me. Here's a link to

I love Dragonfly's and Damselfly's, and they are fun to photograph. They are
just coming out here now that the weather is heating up. Here's a Ruby
