Can anyone help me out with this one?

Large grouping of smaller florets forming one large flower on a single
stem. Lime-green in colour and oval in shape, almost as large a football
or a basketball.

It looks like a Euphorbia of some sort.

I believe that you are correct. It may possibly be Euphorbia x 'Jade
Dragon' or E. wulfenii ssp. 'Lambrook Gold'.
