Tulips (0/10)

I was out in my garden this morning taking pictures and I thought that I
would share a few of them with the group. The next ten pictures are of
some of the tulips in my garden this year.

I've only rarely managed to produce anything *nearly* approaching the
quality of shots that you've presented here... but I always try to put a
personal mark on them.

Sure, my "personal mark" on floral shots is often an overtly sexual one -
because that's what flowers are for, biologically (case in point attached) -
but it's a matter of "my own style" rather than than of simple prurience.

As beautiful as the tulips are - and yours *are* exceptional photos of
them - there's no really personal touch that I can see: they'd be fabulous
catalogue shots, but there's no "Bill" there AFAICT.

Thanks Michael (I think). And thanks to everyone else for the nice
comments about my pictures.

To me, flower shots should NOT be sexual (or anything else). I post
them AS IS, for the beauty of the flower. I don't really enjoy any of
the "artsy" shots that some post here (including the ones with "fancy"
frames). Mine may be "catalog shots" (or whatever you want to call
them) but they are what I like and what I will continue to post.
