The berry like parts are really tiny. Overall shot to follow.

Looks like a bistort, a Polygonum or Persicaria species. (genus has now been
split)

Must have been a little bird what planted it in that pot. It is kind

of pretty so will leave it for now. Thanks for the ID.


Ok if it stays in the pot and doesn't seed around.
I've always thought them rather pretty and there are some that are
considered garden worthy.
