I've never been fond of these but the ones in the pic were more intensely
orange than most I've seen so I thought that was slightly interesting.
(They're not mine, by the way.)

I just learned the other day that they're edible. Hmmm. Wonder what they
taste like.

I think they are good in salads and maybe I think they might taste
sort of radish like. Good with olive oil and balsamic vinigar.
They have been a favorite of mine to see growing.

They taste sorta like watercress - a nutty flavour with a sharp
pepper-like edge to it. Anyhow, I like 'em. Add about as much as you
would radish, etc.

milder.

Also, nasturtiums keep some of the veggie-devouring baddies away. Google
"companion planting" for more info.

As I remember they taste kind of peppery.
